Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the phdrem23 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. phdrem23 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending a formal review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdrem23 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phdrem23 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phdrem23 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
phdrem23 is required by PAGCOR regulatory guidelines to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. phdrem23 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
phdrem23 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phdrem23 wallet instantly upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account.
phdrem23 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your phdrem23 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. phdrem23 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your phdrem23 account. phdrem23 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the phdrem23 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phdrem23 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
phdrem23 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your phdrem23 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
phdrem23 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently suspended.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phdrem23 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where the player has previously violated these Terms or any specific promotion terms.
All games available on the phdrem23 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the phdrem23 server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative and final.
phdrem23 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment under controlled conditions. phdrem23 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phdrem23 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable stake to the player's account. phdrem23 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. phdrem23 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where such suspension was necessitated by a breach of these Terms.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phdrem23 customer support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

phdrem23's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdrem23 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phdrem23 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. phdrem23 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
phdrem23 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
phdrem23 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services you have requested, or as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phdrem23 informally by contacting our customer support team. phdrem23 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
phdrem23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phdrem23 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the phdrem23 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
